You must have the MICR font installed on the computer from which you are opening the check report and printing. If you do not have the MICR font installed, the account number and routing number will not display or print correctly. Follow the instructions on the screen for installing the font. The font only needs to be installed one time on a particular computer, not each time the checks are generated. Checks are generated using Crystal Reports.
After creating the checks, click on the Processing Tab, click Comp Reports, select the cycle then click Checks
NOTE – if the report generates as blank, checks will need to be created.
