This feature allows you to run reports by UserName, Activity Type, Subject Type, Item Type and date range. You can use this reporting feature for evaluating the productivity and efficiency of personnel.  This report feature can help in troubleshooting various support problems as well.  The dropdown menus allow you to narrow the report to be very specific.  Click Company Tab, click Security, click User Activity.  Select criteria from dropdown menu, enter ID and activity date to narrow report. Click Generate.
