From this screen, you will note that the warehouse that you have selected is identified at the top left. In this example, the Warehouse – East Lansing option has been selected. You will see the Order #, Status and Shipping Method identified. You will also see the individual items and quantities within the order listed.

If you select the Partial Ship option from the Order Action dropdown, it will only select the item that pertains to the warehouse that you are in. In this example, the Day Tripper – Navy Key has been selected since it is the only item associated with the Warehouse1.

The checkbox beside the order action dropdown is important to note. If this box is selected, although the order has not been fully shipped, the items that have not shipped are not in back order. The warehouse that is holding those items has not shipped them. If you select this check box, then the order will appear in the Orders (Posted) list of orders pending to ship for Warehouse1. If you do not select this box, the order will appear in the partial backorder queue.
