If your company uses the optional UPS RealTime module for international orders, be sure to set up your company’s order shipping methods in the ES100 based upon available UPS RealTime shipping methods in the countries to and from which you plan to ship.

WARNING:  Setting up an unavailable UPS RealTime shipping method for a select country will produce orders with $0.00 shipping charges added to them.

To set up a UPS RealTime shipping method:

1)  From the ES100 home page, click the Company tab and then click ES100 Setup,Order, Shipping Charges.  The Shipping Methods page displays.

2)  Select a shipping method from the Shipping Methods page.The page for the shipping method displays.

3)  From the Shipping Methods page, locate the link (“Click HERE for more details on setup”) to available UPS RealTime shipping methods, by country.  The link is located directly above the list of countries to or from which your company may ship.  Clicking the link displays, in a separate window, a list of available shipping methods.  Refer to this list when setting up your order shipping methods.

4.  From the shipping method page, check the Use UPS RealTime Quoting box.

5.  From the UPS Service Name drop-down menu, select the desired available UPS RealTime shipping option for the country to or from which you want to ship.

6.  Click Save to save your selection.
