You can upload a picture and a thumbnail image for each product once the product has been created.  This is done by going to the product edit screen.  Simply click the Inventory Tab.  Click on the Name of the product in the list.  On the left-nav click Edit.  Below the display category selections, next to “Picture” click Upload.(IDSTC recommended sizes: Picture- 500 x 500,  Thumbnail – 200 x 200)

Click Browse to locate the image file on your computer or network.  The Choose File dialog box will come up.  Find and select the file and clickOpen.  The file will appear in the field on the edit screen.

Click Upload button and then click Save on the left-nav bar.

You can change the image for a product at any time by following the previous steps and replacing a current image.

Note: The image file must be either JPG or GIF files.  Also, to maintain aesthetic quality, you should use images that are the same dimension and quality for pictures.  Likewise, thumbnail images should be the same size as each other.
