The training module is a tool that will help manage and schedule training for your distributors in the field.
Setup a Trainer
This section will show you on how to turn a rep into a trainer.
You will need to locate the chosen Distributor using the “Search Distributor” function.
es100>Distributor>Search
Choose a search field and click Search.
Click on the Distributor record.
Click Edit.
Check the Trainer box.
NOTE: A trainer cannot be scheduled to train 2 classes at the same time.
Setup a Training Location
This section will show you on how to set up a training location.
Company tab>es100>Setup>Training>Training Locations
Click on the Company tab.
Click on es100 Setup on the left hand menu.
Click Training on the left hand menu.
Click on Training Locations.
Select Enter a new Training Location to add a new training location.
Edit if changes are being made to an existing training location.
OR
Delete if removing an existing training location.
NOTE: If a location was previously used for a training class Delete is no longer an option.
Enter a description in the Description field.
Description: Where or on what platform the training will be held.
Click Save.
The new location will appear on the training location grid.
Setup Training Class
This section will show you how to set up a training class.

Click on the Company tab.
Click on es100 Setup on the left hand menu.
Click Training on the left hand menu.
Click Training Classes on the left hand menu.
Select Enter a New Training Class to add a new training class.
Edit if changes are being made to an existing training class.
OR
Delete if removing an existing training class.
By clicking on Enter a New Training Class multiple fields will be displayed to help you build your training class.
- Name: The name of the training class you are creating
- Description: Details related to the training class you are creating
- Trainer: Select from a pre-determined list of trainers from your company drop-down menu
- Rep Type: If you have multiple distributor types, you can select which type the training will become available to
- Display on Website: To show which (if you have multiple) website you wish to display this training class on
- Class Type: Select from a list of what type of classes that will be offered (business vs. product training)
- Training Location: Select from a pre-defined list of training locations/webinars
- Training Method: Select from Live or Phone-Internet
- Training Date: Date the training is scheduled to be held
- Training Time: Time the training is scheduled to be held
- Training Duration: Length of the training in whole minutes (example: 60 mins)
- Classroom: Open field to give more details as to room #
- Contact Phone #: Ppen field to input contact phone number
- Conference Phone #: Open field to input conference line phone number
- Conference ID #:
- Course Outline: You are able to browse and select your course material. The course material will then be emailed as an autoresponder to the attendees of the training class
- Cancel/Save: Click Cancel to get out of this training or ‘Save’ to save this training
The new training class will appear on the training class grid.
Manage the Trainings Classes from Extranet
The Distributor who was chosen to be a trainer will be able to manage his/her training classes they have been assigned. The distributor will be able to do this from their Extranet by clicking on ‘Training Classes’. This will allow him/her to see their present and past trainings.
Training Distributor>Extranet Login>Training Classes
Select Training Classes.
Click on Attendees.
NOTE: When adding an attendee to a class, only distributors types allowed to attend the class will be available.
The attendee area will allow you to determine who has chosen to attend the training class.
NOTE: You will only be able to select statuses on a training date in the present or past; not future dated training classes.
If the training class is in the present or past, when you click on ‘Attendees’ you will be able to change the Status to:
- Attended
- Did not Attend
- TBD
Manage the Trainings from es100
This section will show you how to manage the Distributor training class on the administrative side.
es100>Company>es100 Setup>Training>Training Classes
Click on the Company tab.
Click on es100 Setup on the left hand menu.
Click Training on the left hand menu.
Click Training Classes on the left hand menu.
Click Attendees to see who is attending and the status of the attendees.
Click Enter a New Attendee to invite or add an attendee to a training class.
By clicking on Enter a New Attendee fields will be displayed for you to fill in.
The new attendee will appear on the training attendee grid.
Click Edit if changes are being made to an existing attendee or to determine the status.
OR
Click Delete if removing an existing attendee.
NOTE: You will only be able to add attendees to a class if the class has NOT already occurred.
Distributor Training Management
This section will give you a brief overview of what a distributor can expect to see.
Extranet Login>Available Training
Click on Available Training.
The training classes available will be displayed in a grid.
Chose the Training Class you would like to attend.
Click Save Selections.
The training class that was chosen will now be displayed under the Enrolled Classes section.
If the Distributor no longer wants to take the class the class can be deleted.
Click Delete Selections.
NOTE: If the Distributor deletes a training class it will be moved back up to the Available Classes area.
Auto Responders
This section will show you where to find and add text to the autoresponders associated with the Training Class module. You will see that each auto responder will associated with a specific group of people (i.e. Company, Distributor, Enroller, and Sponsor). Set up is basically identical for each; this outline will focus on Training Attended.
NOTE: An auto responder is an email message automatically generated by a specific action.

Click on the Company tab
Click on Auto-Responder on the left hand menu.
There are currently eight auto responders that are available:
- Training Attended – Distributor has completed a training class
- Training Missed – Distributor has missed a training class
- Live Train. Sched.- Living training has been scheduled
- Phone Train. Sched.- Phone training has been scheduled
- Live Train. ReSched.- Live training has been rescheduled
- Phone Train. ReSched. – Phone training has been rescheduled
- Live Train. Remind – Live training reminder
- Phone Train. Remind – Phone training reminder
Select Auto Responder.
There are currently four recipients that can be notified by email when a distributor signs up. The screen displays the subject and enabled status for each option.
- Company
- Distributor
- Enroller
- Sponsor
Select Company.
By clicking on ‘Company’ multiple fields will be displayed to help you set up your auto responder.
- To Email Address – This email will be sent to this email address to notify the company each time a distributor signs up.
- From Email Address – This should be a support email address at the company. The email generated will be from this email address.
- Subject – This should be context oriented, such as “New Distributor Has Attended Training Class”.
- Body – enter a message that will be included with each email.
NOTE: Common text used for this example would be, “New distributor has attended training class”.
NOTE: Remember this email is being sent to the company. When setting up a message to the Distributor, Enroller or Sponsor make sure your message is appropriate for the particular type of recipient.
At the bottom of the page you will see a list of check boxes.
Send From (Triggers) Options:
Es100 – When a Distributor status is updated in es100 (Admin)
Extranet – When a Distributor status is updated from the Extranet (Trainer)
NOTE: All of the other Send From (Triggers) Options are not relevant to the Training module.
Include Options:
ID#/Name –Will include the Dist ID # and name in the auto-response e-mail
- Address –Will include the Address in the auto-response e-mail
- Phone – Will include the Phone Number in the auto-response e-mail
- Email – This will include the Email in the auto-response e-mail
- Replicated Site – This will include the Replicated Site in the auto-response e-mail
- Sponsor ID#/Name –This will include the Sponsor ID#/Name in the auto-response e-mail
- Enroller ID#/Name – This will include the Enroller ID#/Name in the auto-response e-mail
The Include options, if checked will create fields that will automatically be populated with the information associated with the boxes checked.
Select Enabled to activate this particular auto response email.
NOTE: Once the information in the auto response is entered, you can enable and disable at anytime.
NOTE: The Translation Group will ONLY be relevant if you have multiple languages.
Reporting
By clicking in the ‘Reports tab’, you can generate reports to assist you with managing your training classes.

Click on the Reports tab.
Currently there are four reports specific to the training module.
- Distributor CV from Training Date- Commissionable Volume a Distributor has earned since completing training
- New Personally Enrolled Dist from Training Date-Shows all of the Distributors personally enrolled since the Distributor completed their training.
- Training Report by Recruiter- Shows how many personally enrolled based on Recruiter
- Top Dist Volume Totals by Training Date- Shows the Distributors that have the most volume based on training date
