Stockist Module User Guide

The Stockist module allows distributors to maintain and manage their own personal stock of inventory. Items not in the distributor’s personal stock can be fulfilled through corporate.

Placing Personal or Party Orders

es100>Distributor Tab>Select a Distributor>Extranet Login

Once in the Extranet, select the appropriate tab at the top to open up a new party or customer order.

For party orders, in step 3 (Customer Order) and step 4 (Hostess Order), the distributor will check the box labeled “Stock” to indicate that the item(s) are coming from their personal on-hand stock.

  • Don’t worry!
    • If the distributor does not have enough of the product on hand to fill the order, the system will recognize this and uncheck the box for you in later steps.
    • If the distributor is able to partially fill an order (For example, if the customer is ordering two items and they have one on hand, but not the other) the order will be split. The stock on hand will fulfill part of the order and a PBO (Partial Back Order) will be created to have the other item shipped from corporate.

Upon shipment, the distributor’s on-hand inventory will decrement.

Corporate Functions in the es100

The corporate office can adjust the distributor’s inventory levels in the es100 in the Inventory Tab>Adjust Levels.

To view inventory levels in the es100 or the Back Office Extranet, select Reports>Warehouse Inventory Audit.

Personal orders for a distributor will default to be added to personal stock. If an item is unchecked, the system will not add it to Stockist (rep) inventory and will not allow a resale of that item.

In the es100, orders go into entered status. Stockist items are denoted with a red (s).

All Stockist orders/party settlements are left in entered status until a party is shipped/settled.

In the ES100 system>Inventory

Each consultant will act as their own “Warehouse” to stock their own products:
