Home Page

The Home Page of the Mobile Website has four mains options – Announcement, Enroll Distributor, Reports and the Team Calendar.

All of the sections except the enroll distributor require a distributor to be logged in, in order to gain access to the information.  If a user is not logged in and they go to a secure area, the user will be prompted for a User ID & password which will be the same as the ones they use to access the extranet.

Login Screen

This is the screen that a user will be prompted with if they are not logged into the mobile site.

 

Announcements

This screen will display any announcements that are created by the company for the mobile application.

At the bottom of each page will be the menu from the home page.

Signup Distributor

Once you are logged in, the person that you are signing up will only be able to see the join options.  The distributor search page will not be available.

 

Distributor Agreement Page

This page will appear displaying the distributor agreement.  A user must “Agree” to the terms before proceeding.

 

Personal Information

This page will collect the information needed to sign up a user as a distributor.  The first page will collect the billing and shipping information.

 

The next page will collect the phone numbers, SSN and replicated site name.

The last page of the personal information will collect the credit card information.

 

Process Enrollment Page

This page will allow the user to confirm that the enrollment options selected are correct and to proceed.

 

Enrollment Confirmation Page

This page will be a receipt for the user confirming their purchase has been processed.  It will also provide their login information for the extranet & their mobile application.

 

Reports

Currently there are four reports available to the Mobile website.  They are –

Enrolled Distributors – This report displays the ID, Name, Home Phone, Cell Phone & Email of all personally enrolled distributors.

Personal Customers – This report displays the ID, Name, Home Phone, Cell Phone & Email of all personally enrolled customers.

New Distributors by Month – This is a graphical report that will display personally enrolled distributors by Month.

Sales by Month – This report will display all of the sales of personally enrolled distributors and customers by month.

 

Team Calendar

This will display all of the public events that are published by the company.  It will have a drop down selection that will allow the user to view less events on the screen.
