There are multiple reasons why an item may not be available to add to an es100 order from the New Order > Pick Inventory List dialog box.
1) There is no item set up in the inventory list. Click Inventory Tab and verify the item exists and has Active pricing.
2) Item is not in the Order Category selected. Click on the Inventory Tab and click on the item to verify the Order Category. You can click Edit and change the order category of an item if necessary. This should only be done if the item is in the wrong order category.
3) There is no active pricing for the distributor rank or customer type for which the order is being placed. Click on Inventory Tab, click on the item. Under Combinations, click on the combination and verify there is a price for the rank. If there is no price, you will need to add pricing so that it can be added to an order.
4) The product is not set to be available for Distributor Orders. Click on the Inventory Tab, click on the item, click Edit. Confirm the Distributor Orders box is checked under “This inventory item can be ordered from:”.
