The Incentives Module gives the ability to create and track qualifications for incentive rewards in the es100 and report in the Back Office Extranet.

CREATING A NEW INCENTIVE PROGRAM
es100 Company Tab> Incentive Module>Create Incentive
Description: the label or title of your new incentive program
User Type: determines whether the incentive will be for a distributor or customer
Begin Incentive: the calendar date to begin the incentive program qualifying
Duration type: Fixed: This means the incentive is a set date range
Rolling: this means the incentive is on a rolling period – if you select this you can choose the qualifying period being one week, month etc. The End date will disappear as this is a continuous incentive until you disable it
Stop Incentive: The calendar date to end the incentive program qualifying
Display on Extranet: if checked, the new incentive program will display on the Back Office Extranet
Active: If checked, the new incentive program will be active
Save: Click “Save” when completed with creating your incentives program
MANAGING/CREATING QUALIFICATION FOR INCENTIVE PROGRAM
To manage or create a new qualification(s) of your new incentive program, click on the “Manage” link under “Qualification”.
Click “New Qualification.”
Qualification Type: Select from the list of qualification types from the drop-down menu. You can create more than one qualification for each of your incentive programs and make them qualify on one, more than one, or all qualifications.
Qualification Value: the value amount tied to the qualification type you had selected above
Save: Click “Save” when creating new qualification is completed.
Once the qualification value is set, the next step is to determine whether to qualify for this incentive, if ALL qualifications that were set need to be met or if ANY qualification created would meet the requirement. Click “Update” when done.
If another qualification needs to be created, just click “New Qualification.”
ADDING POINTS TO A DISTRIBUTOR
To manually add points to a distributor, start by finding the distributor in the es100 and click “Admin.”

Click “Incent. Points.”
Select the incentive to which you wish to add points for the distributor and click “Add.”
The “Add Points” box will appear.
Incentive: Select the incentive to which you wish to add points.
Points: Enter the number of points you wish to add.
Description: Use this field to describe why you are adding points to the distributor. The description will be visible to the distributor.
NOTE: Use this field for any additional notes you may have. The note will be visible to the distributor.
When the distributor logs into their back office and goes to “My Incentives,” they will be able to see the points you added.
The distributor can click on the point total under “My Current Value” to bring up the description and notes entered by the user in the es100.

MANAGING/CREATING AWARDS FOR INCENTIVE PROGRAM
Create awards for your incentives program:
es100>Company Tab>Incentives Module>Active Incentive Programs>Manage (under “Award”)
Click on the “Award Type” or “New Award” to create a new award.
Once you select your “Award Type”, select the value of your award.
Click “Save.”
PLEASE NOTE THE INCENTIVES WILL HAVE TO MANUALLY MANAGED BY CORPORATE, FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU CHOOSE “CREDIT” CORPORATE WILL HAVE TO ADD THE CREDIT TO THE DISTRIBUTOR RECORD, IT WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY POPULATE ON THEIR ACCOUNT
VIEWING QUALIFIERS FOR INCENTIVE PROGRAM
Click “View” under “Qualifiers.”
Select the Incentive you wish to review. Under the “Report Type” drop-down menu select the type of report you wish to generate. Click “Generate.”
A file will be generated to list those that are qualified or near qualified for the incentive you selected.
Check those that you would like to get the award and then click “Update Qualifiers.”
This will then show they have earned their incentive in their Back Office Extranet:
