If a product does not have any active prices it will display in the Inactive Inventory Items list.  To see the Inactive Inventory Items list click Inventory Tab, click Show Inactive.

You can access any Inactive products to edit and review.  An inactive product will become active if an active price is added. For products that are currently active, but are not to be available any longer the pricing can be expired. (This can be done at any time.) Please follow the instructions in Changing and Expiring Prices to expire all prices or an individual price.
