The ES 100 can be accessed from any where in the world using the Internet. The following requirements ensure efficient and complete operational functionality.
Software: Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0 or greater and AdobeAcrobat Reader.
Please note that when using Internet Explorer the following settings will need to be added to the compatibility view settings to ensure full system functionality. To update these settings:
- Open IE
- If you do not have the menu on the browser (file, edit, view, favorites, tools,help), right click on the top of the browser and show the “MENU BAR”
- From the Menu, click TOOLS and COMPATIBILITY VIEW SETTINGS
- For newer versions of IE click on the gear icon and then COMPATIBILITY VIEW SETTINGS as shown below
- For newer versions of IE click on the gear icon and then COMPATIBILITY VIEW SETTINGS as shown below
- Add the following websites to Compatibility View settings
- idstclogin.com
- reports.idstc.com (this will display when added as idstc.com)
- securedbackoffice.com
Also, please note that if your browser is set to clear history/cookies on exit, then you will need to add these sites back to the compatibility view settings each time you open IE. To change this go to Tools -> internet options -> Delete browsing history on exit -> uncheck the box for this option
