Forms

This feature will enable you to post forms for your distributors to see when they click on their Form tab in the Extranet. Using this feature, you can upload forms that you would like for your distributors to view and download. Click Company tab, click Extranet Setup, click Forms.

Form sections:

This will enable you to create separate sections for you to organize the display of your forms. Click Form Sections.

To create a new section, click on New Section.

Enter the section name in the Description field.

If you would like to manage the order that the sections will display, you can enter the order number in the Order field.

Enable the Display checkbox to display on the Extranet.

Enable the Ranks that you would like this form to display for. Click Save.

To edit an existing section, click on the Description name. Follow the above steps.

Form Files:

This will enable you to upload files to your forms page. Click Form Files.

To add a new file, click New File.

From the Type dropdown, select either Document or Link.

From the Section dropdown, select the appropriate section that you would like this form to be displayed in.

If you would like to manage the order that the sections will display, you can enter the order number in the Order field.

Enable the Display checkbox to display on the Extranet.

If “link” is selected for the Type, please type the desired web address in the URL textbox. NOTE: the URL must begin with either HTTP:// or HTTPS:// to function properly.

If “document” is selected for the Type, you will need to upload the appropriate file. To upload a specific file from your computer, click Browse.

Choose file from appropriate directory and click open.

You will see the file name in the file field. Click Upload. Please be aware that your file name can not contain special characters. If it does, you will get a VB Script error.

If your upload is successful, you will see the Uploaded message beside the file field. image234.gif

Click Save. You should see your new file in the list of files.

4_forms

While in Forms tab of the extranet, distributors will be able to see the forms that were set up in the es100.
