Navigating the Extranet is very simple and intuitive. Information and functions are organized logically under the relevant tabs. The Extranet is organized by three primary navigational components.
1) Menu Bar: The Menu Bar resides at the top of the Extranet screen and the standard system is set up with 8 unique tabs. In the es100 you have the ability to add and remove tabs, modify the display order, as well as rename the tabs. Modifying the label on your Extranet tabs gives you the flexibility to customize your Extranet with terminology that is specific to your company.
2) Left-nav Bar: This resides on the bar located on the left side of the screen. Depending on where you are in the application, various functions are available from the left-nav bar. Commonly the Left-nav bar is seen during the shopping process and displays your inventory categories and products to choose from.
3) Display Screen: Located in the center of the Extranet application screen below the tab bar and to the right of the left-nav bar. The Display Screen is used for entering data, viewing data, selecting options, drill down navigation and execution of various functions. The Display screen on the Extranet Home page shows a Status Dashboard which updates nightly to provide compensation volume and promotions. Furthermore, the system incorporates Intelligent Links throughout various screens and reports to make it easier to drill down into information while researching or completing multiple functions. An intelligent link exists where you see your mouse pointer turn into a finger; you can click on a link to navigate to relevant pages.
Distributor Shopping Cart:
The distributor’s shopping cart resides under the ‘Orders‘ tab, commonly this tab is retitled as ‘Shopping’. Here distributors have a shopping cart similar to what can be seen on the website with products and pricing relevant to their Distributor rank.
Autoship shopping Cart:
A distributor can create a new autoship record or manage their existing Autoship records under this same tab.
Edit Profile
This section is used to control the information posted on the distributor’s replicated website – that is displayed on the ‘Contact Us’ page. Information updated in this section will NOT update the home office, as this is a different section.
Edit Information
This section has the contact information for the distributor and once updated, this WILL update the home office.
