If Multi-Language functionality is available in your system, Extranet Languages are set up under the Company Tab, click Multi-Language. A list of all label categories will be displayed. Click on the Category, then click on the Label whose language you wish to modify. This feature can also be used to change the English word to another word that is more relevant in your system. Example: Changing the word ‘Distributor’ to > > ‘Consultant’.
A list of Languages set up for this label will be display. Click on the Language that you wish to modify, or to add a new Language click Create New.
Select a Language from the drop-down, type in the label Text for that Language, and click whether to enable this particular language for this label in the Extranet.
When a Distributor Logs into the Extranet, they will see labels associated with the language that they have been assigned on the Edit Distributor screen in the ES100 or Edit Information screen in the Extranet. If they have not been assigned a Language, they will see labels associated with the Language of their Shipping Country. If they have not been assigned a Shipping Country, they will see the System Standard Text for that Label.
If a Distributor is associated with a Language that has not been set up for a particular label, the System Standard Text will be displayed for that Label.
Multiple Languages can also be set up for the Extranet Announcements. To do so, click the Enter in a Different Language link on the bottom of the Edit Announcements page in the Extranet Setup page under the Company Tab. Click on the Language that you would like to edit, or clickCreate New to establish a new Language for this Announcement. Select the Language from the drop-down and type your message for that Language into the text area.
