You have the ability to control if you would like for your distributors to expire their AMO (automatic monthly order), be able to edit their AMO schedule, Verify if the user has payment details on file, require distributors to agree to Terms when creating an autoship schedule, and to display this agreement details  from the Extranet.

Click Company tab, Extranet Setup.

click Extranet Autoship.

Select Yes or No from the drop-down to define if you will allow the AMO to be expired from the Extranet.

Check the Edit Enabled checkbox to allow your distributor to edit their existing autoship schedules (ie. Add/Delete/Update products) in the Extranet.

Check the Verify user has payment details on file before allowing placement of autoship in extranet checkbox to make sure the distributor has a credit card or other payment method on their distributor profile before allowing them to place an autoship order.

Check the Require Distributors to agree to terms when creating autoship schedule checkbox if you would prefer the distributor to read and agree to Terms & conditions before having the ability to create an autoship schedule.

Check the Display Agreement details on extranet autoship summary screen checkbox if you would like to display the Terms & conditions Agreement details for the distributor to read on the autoship summary page.

When completed, click Save to save your updates/changes.
