Two reports and an Auto-Responder have been designed to assist you in management of expiring distributor/customer credit cards.

The the Reports tab

Click on the Distributor Expired Credit Cards report

To view a complete list of distributors whose credit cards have already expired.

Click on the Customer Expired Credit Cards report in the Customer Reports section of the Reports Tab to view a complete list of distributors whose credit cards have already expired.

Use the Distributor Expiring Credit Cards Community E-mail to notify Distributors when their credit card on file is about to expire (See Community Emails).

Keeping credit card information up-to-date will assist in keeping the autoship payment process operating efficiently.
