This is a module you can add on to your ES100. Ask your Account Manager for details.
The IDSTC Events Module is utilized for marketing and announcing upcoming Events in your distributors back office(s). This module is located:
ES100 > Company tab > Events
To create an Event, click ‘New Event’
Fill in the appropriate fields for your upcoming event.
NOTE: For the ‘Regular’ priced field for the event, you must FIRST create an inventory item before completing this form. To create an inventory item see ‘Inventory Setup’ in your user’s guide.
You may also set autoresponder emails for your event. Remember to fill in completely the ‘From’ and ‘Subject’ fields for accuracy. Click ‘Save’ when completed.
Once your event is created, you may edit your event by clicking directly on it (shown below).
To edit Display, click on the event title and change the Display from ‘Yes’ to ‘No’. This will make it so your event is not yet visible in your Distributor’s back office location.
To view the confirmations, click on ‘View’ from above screen. The page below will be displayed.
Your distributors will see your Event from their Extranet, under the Events on the menu bar.
Upon clicking on the Event, they can click ‘Register’ to complete their registration:
