Everything on an order can be edited except for the order category, order number and the customer or distributor the order is associated with.

To change the order date, shipping method, edit products and the quantities; the order must be in the Entered status. Once the order is in an Entered status, clicking the mouse over the Date, Shipping method, or Qty of a product will open the edit functions. When an order is in the Entered status, the New Item button displays on the left-navigation allowing additional products to be added to the order.
