The Search Screen is the initial screen when you click on the Distributor Tab.

Click Distributor Tab

Enter the pertinent search criteria: Distributor #, First Name, Last Name or known portion of search information.

The more specific the search criteria the more specific the results will be.

If you enter the distributor # the search will take you directly to that specific distributor record.

If you enter other criteria, the search will display a list of possible matches. Click on the appropriate distributor in the list, or click on the Distributor Tab to modify the search.

If your search returns more than 1 distributor, you can send a Community E-mail or Print Labels for all distributors matching your search Criteria.

To Send Community emails, Clicking the Send Community Email link at the bottom of the page.

To print labels, Click the Print Labels link at the bottom of the page.

If you are at the search screen and click Search without entering any search criteria, the search will default to distributor ID # 1 and bring up the distributor profile screen for ID#1.
