Distributor Navigation
Distributor database navigation buttons enable easy forward and backward scrolling through the distributors in order of ID#.

Go to preceding distributor in database
Go to next distributor in database
Go to last distributor in database
Search: Opens the distributor search screen. This is effectively the same as clicking on the Distributor Tab.
Financials: Click to display list of reports. Click on report in display screen to open. The reports are developed in Crystal Reports.
NOTE: Accept downloads for Crystal Reports viewers if prompted to do so.
Genealogy: Click to see the distributors genealogy. EOP Cycle defaults to Current, which is the current genealogy. Select an EOP Cycle other than Current to see the genealogy at the time of EOP processing. Select Prev Volume to see the genealogy if EOP cycle has not been run and you wish to see current genealogy with volume for the previous month. Select the number of Upline Levels and Downline Levels you desire to see in the genealogy.
Edit: Click to edit or view the distributor’s profile. You can edit any of the distributor’s information. Click Save to save any changes.
NOTE: On the distributor edit screen there is an option to mark an address as a Bad Address. If the box is checked it will place an X near the address on the distributor profile screen signifying to your staff that the address is bad.
New: Click to enter a new distributor. The current distributor will be the Enroller and Sponsor of the new distributor, unless your company is a matrix. If you have a matrix program the current distributor will be the Enroller and the sponsor will be the next available sponsor in the Enroller’s Downline.
Cancel: Click to cancel the distributor. This is a destructive action.
Customers: Clicking on Customers opens the customer search function. The search criteria are auto-populated to search for the distributor’s customers. Click on Search in the display screen to see the list of the distributor’s customers. Click on a customer listed to open that customer’s profile screen.
Add Customer: Click to add a new customer for the distributor. See Customers instructions for more details. The current distributor will be the Enroller and Sponsor of the new customer.
Autoship/AMO: Click to see the list of Autoship/AMO schedules. Click on a schedule to open it. Click New to create a new schedule. See Autoship/AMO instructions for more details.
Accounts (if applicable): Only displays if your company is using the Accounts module to bring in account records from outside of the system. Click to see the list of the distributor’s accounts. Click on an Account in the list to open account profile. Click New to create an account for the distributor. See Accounts instructions for more details. Click Account Records to see any commissionable values imported to the distributor’s accounts.
Testing (if applicable): Only displays if your company is using the testing module. Allows you to create tests that appear in the Back Office Extranet for training, or for training or promotion requirements.
Trainings (if applicable): Only displays if your company is managing training information. You will see summary of paid and unpaid training for distributor. Click to add training information for other reps that you will be training in your organization. Click New to create a training record. Enter the Trainee DistID#, Training Date and Trainer Type. Click Confirm to save. See training section for more info.
Parties (if applicable): Only displays if your company is a Party Plan. Click to see list of distributor’s parties. Click on a party to open party record. See Party Plan instructions for more details.
Extranet Logins: Opens a report (Flex Report) in a new browser window with extranet login activity/history of the distributor.
BBS Login (if applicable): The Sales Force BBS is a web-based, comprehensive lead management, optimization and marketing system that enables users to optimize their sales and opportunity marketing efforts through the use of campaign-driven time sequenced messages.
Admin: Click to access admin summary and functions.
Replicate Site: Click to access and update the distributor replicated site name. Also includes a checkbox for making the replicated site enabled or not.
Rank History: Opens a report (Flex Report) in a new browser window with distributor rank history, showing each time the distributors current and pay rank have changed.
User Activity: Opens a report (Flex Report) in a new browser window with all user activity associated with the distributor record. This will show anytime the distributor record or an order for the distributor was manually changed in any way within the es100.
