The es100 Reports center has two SDN reports, Distributor and Customer SDN List. These reports are intended to allow clients to quickly crosscheck their distributors and customers against the SDN database.

Required by the USA Patriot Act. Performs a check on distributors to compare names to the National SDN list from the Department of Treasury. If any names show on the report, please contact the Treasury Dept at 1-800-540-6322 or ofac_feedback@do.treas.gov

The logic for the report is: The report returns a single match (JONES, Sally-Anne Frances). The report attempts to match last name exactly (‘JONES’ = ‘Jones’), and first name as included (‘Sally-Anne Frances’ includes ‘Anne’). Middle initial is ignored. It also attempts to match on Company name (exactly) if present. All matches are case insensitive. No other information is used to match. This was intentionally written to work this way.
