Custom Fields can be set up for collecting and maintaining additional information about your distributors that is specific to your company and is not a standard field in the ES 100. When a custom field is set up, the data entry field and data are displayed on the distributor edit screen and is available in the “All Reps” report. Note that custom fields do not provide any functionality unless customized, they are solely intended for collecting and maintaining additional information about your distributors within the es100 and they will only display in the es100 unless otherwise customized.
NOTE: In most cases it is not necessary to utilize custom fields.
To create a custom field for distributors, click Company Tab, click ES 100 Setup.
click Distributor
click Custom Fields
click Create Field. In the display screen enter field name in the description box and click Save.
Drop Down Values
If you would like the custom field to be a drop-down selection box, change the Type to Drop-Down.
Click the Create New link to create new options for the drop-down. Click on the individual values to edit the existing options.
You can edit the field name at any time, rather than clicking Create Field click on the existing field name in the display screen, then edit and click Save.
You can view the custom fields on a distributor profile by going to Distributor > Edit. Custom fields will be located in their own section at the bottom of the page:
