The Search Screen is the initial screen when you click on the Customer tab.

Click Customer tab.

Enter the search criteria, i.e. Customer #, First Name, Last Name or known portion of search information.

The more specific the search criteria the more specific the results will be.

If you enter the customer # the search will take you directly to the customer.

If you enter a Dist # (distributor #) the search will display all customers of that distributor.

If you enter other criteria, the search will display a list of possible matches.  Click on the appropriate customer in the list or click on the Customer tab or Back button to modify the search.

If you are at the search screen and click Search without entering any search criteria, the search will default to the fist customer ID in your customer database and bring up the customer profile screen for that first customer.
