Search: Opens the customer search function. This is the same as clicking on the Customer Tab.

Edit Customer: Click to edit or view the customer’s profile. If you make any changes and want to save them, click Save, otherwise click Cancel.

Cancel: Click to cancel the customer. When a customer is cancelled the sponsor is changed to Cancelled Distributor’s ID #5. This is a destructive action.

Autoship/AMO: Click to see the list of Autoship/AMO schedules. Click on a schedule to open it, user can also expire a schedule while viewing it. Click New to create a new schedule. (See Autoship/AMO instructions for more details.)

Accounts: Click to see the list of the customer’s accounts. Click on an Account in the list to open account profile. Click New to create an account for the customer. (See Accounts instructions for more details.) Click Account Records to see any commissionable values imported to the customer’s accounts.

Credit Balance:  A Credit Balance is virtual funds. It can be set up two ways, as a payment or a discount type. Click to view, add to, or subtract funds.

Parties: Only displays if your company is a Party Plan. Click to see list of customer’s parties.  Click on a party to open party record. (See Party Plan instructions for more details.)

Mark: This function places a large “M” on the customer profile screen to Mark the customer.  The M has no effect on any functions in the system.  It is used as an indicator on the profile screen and reports.  This function can assist in customer relationship management.  For example, if a customer paid with a NSF check, you can mark the customer’s profile screen.  If the customer call in the mark will indicate to your staff, there is an outstanding issue.

To Mark a customer’s profile screen, click Mark on the left navigation bar.  A dialog box will appear to confirm your action, click OK.  To unmark a customer, click Unmark.  Click OK in the dialog box.

Admin: Click Sponsor/Enroller if you want to update the sponsor and/or enroller for this customer.  This function allows you to edit the customer sponsor/enroller.
