Customer Portal User Guide

The Customer Portal allows users to access/edit their personal profile, autoship/AMO schedule(s), billing and shipping information and view previous orders and credit balances.

Customers can log in from any distributor’s replicated site:

The user should input their username and password to proceed to the Customer Portal.

Edit Profile

From the Edit Profile page, a customer can view/update their basic information such as: name, company name, billing and shipping address. phone number(s), username and password. If any additional information is required to create a customer account on your website(such as credit card information, birthday, etc.), it will also appear here.

Edit Shipping Info

From the Edit Shipping Info page, customers can update the shipping address on file.

View Orders

From the View Orders section, customers can view details of their past orders such as: order number, order date, order method, price, payment methods, invoice note(s), invoice and tracking numbers (if applicable).

View Autoship Schedules

From the View Autoship Schedules section, the customer can view their scheduled autoships/AMOs. If frequency is selected, the customer is able to view the items on the autoship record.
