This feature enables you to send an email to all non-cancelled distributors who have an email address entered in the ES 100. Access this feature by clicking the Company Tab, click Community E-mails.
You can send e-mails to all Distributors by Rank, Distributor Welcome, Distributor Renewal, Distributor Expiring Credit Cards, Customers by Classification, and Customer Welcome.
If applicable enter the Begin and End Join Date
Check Exclude Inactive, On Hold, and/or Suspended to exclude recipients those specific individuals.
You must enter a valid “From” email address. Enter the subject of email, and message.
NOTE: If you would like to personalize your messages by using the individuals name in the body of the message, type {name}in the message. This will allow the individuals name to be inserted in place of the {name} tag.
There are check boxes that will give you the option to add additional information to the Community eMail.
You should always preview your email by clicking the Send Test Email before sending, to confirm the layout of the email is correct prior to sending.
Click Send.
NOTE: To prevent erroneous errors in messages that are sent, please type your message directly into this e-mail editor. Do not cut and paste from a word document as this can potentially create formatting errors in your e-mail messages.
