When a distributor is cancelled, the following standard sponsor/enroller rollup will occur unless the clients process has been customized:

Any distributor that he/she enrolled is set to his sponsor; Any distributor that he/she sponsored is set to his sponsor; Any customer that he/she enrolled is set to his sponsor; Any customer that he/she sponsored is set to his sponsor.

This will apply to all types of plans with the exception of matrix plans.
