The announcements page is the first page that your distributors will see when they log into their extranet. Using this feature, you can enter any text or links that you would like to appear on the announcements page. Click Company Tab, click Extranet Setup, click Announcements.
Click New news which allows you to create a new Announcement.
Enter the title of your announcement in the Title field. (Max 60 characters)
In the Summary section you can enter a brief description of what the announcement is about. (Max 125 characters)
The Date will indicate when you want the announcement to display in the Extranet.
You can enter your announcement in the Details text box which will display in the Extranet.
To enable your announcement in the Extranet, check the box for the Rank(s) you would like the announcement to display for. Click Save.
When your distributors log in to their back office Extranet, they will be able to view the announcements on the Home page.
