This feature will allow you setup Auto response emails for the following actions: Distributor Signup, Distributor Orders, Customer Orders and Shipped Orders.
Set up is basically identical for each; this outline will focus on Distributor sign up. Follow the same steps for Distributor Order and Customer Order, and Shipped Orders.
To setup the auto-responder, click on the Company Tab
click on Auto-Responder
There are four recipients that can be notified by email when a distributor signs up. The screen displays the subject and enabled status for each option.
- Company
- Distributor
- Enroller
- Sponsor
When you click on Distributor Signup, you will be brought to the following screen:
If you click on the first option, which is company, you will be brought to the following screen:
Enter the ‘To’ email address. This email will be sent to this email address to notify the company each time a distributor signs up.
Enter the ‘From’ address. This should be a support email address at the company. The email generated will be from this email address.
Enter the ‘Subject’. This should be context oriented, such as “New Distributor Has Signed Up”
You can enter a message that will be included with each email. Remember this email is being sent to the company. When setting up a message to the Distributor, Enroller or Sponsor make sure your message is appropriate for the particular type of recipient.
Common text used for this example would be, “New distributor has joined the company”
At the bottom of this screen, you will see a list of check boxes.
Send From Options:
Send from ES100: If this check box is enabled, then when a distributor is created in the ES100, an auto responder will be sent.
Send from options continued:
Send from Website: If this check box is enabled, then when a distributor signs up from the Website, an auto responder will be sent.
Include Options:
Include ID#/Name: This will include the Dist ID # and name in the auto-response e-mail
Include Address: This will include the Address in the auto-response e-mail
Include Phone: This will include the Phone Number in the auto-response e-mail
Include Email: This will include the Email in the auto-response e-mail
Include Replicated Site: This will include the Replicated Site in the auto-response e-mail
Include Sponsor ID#/Name: This will include the Sponsor ID#/Name in the auto-response e-mail
Include Enroller ID#/Name: This will include the Enroller ID#/Name in the auto-response e-mail
Enabled option- This box must be checked to enable this particular autoresponse email. Once the information in the autoresponse is entered, you can enable and disable at anytime.
Follow these same steps for each option. In the Company email there is a ‘To’ address, where as each of the other options send the email to the address in the ES 100.
Once you have setup the Distributor Signup emails, follow the same steps to setup Distributor Order and Customer Order auto-response emails.
